We stand behind every WELLVYN product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at hello@wellvyn.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused or only partially used (we understand you need to try it to know!).
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@wellvyn.com with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
